Your property manager will take FULL INSPECTIONS both externally and internally PRIOR to the lease commencement. Further regular inspections are also provided and bond inspections. A FULL SERVICE throughout the process providing peace of mind for the management of your property/investment.

With a trusted list of contractors our property managers are able with your approval to continue the up-keep of your property and tend to any emergency repairs that may be required.
