The latest figures from the Real Estate of New Zealand show that for Christchurch the median house price has increased by 3.2% to $445,000 the number of houses for sale on September 2018 was 8.6% higher than September 2017, the total sales count was up 4.4% and the days to sell increased 38 days on average.

These are still steady as she does figures but they do show that the local market is solid coming into the Spring/Summer period where we traditionally see an uplift in the market activity.
