Your property manager will take FULL INSPECTIONS both externally and internally PRIOR to the lease commencement. Further regular inspections are also provided and bond inspections. A FULL SERVICE throughout the process providing peace of mind for the management of your property/investment.

With a trusted list of contractors our property managers are able with your approval to continue the up-keep of your property and tend to any emergency repairs that may be required. Our property management team is pleased to make these payments on your behalf as well as any claims needed to be made.
